Dreamstime has always been one of my favorite microstock agencies. I like mostly that their site is fast and intuitive. They are one of the older and more mature websites. I agree with their president that their search engine offers some of the most "relevant" search results.
Dreamstime announced today they they have 2,000,000 members. They are adding 100,000 new photographer and designers to their site every month.
As the battle of different agencies continues, we try and upload images to those that make sense. I think it will be interested to see how some of the new agencies that I have recently added to the ranking fair.
Cutcaster and
Deposit Photos have started off looking good, but soo did Lucky Oliver. With the announcement that StockXpert is shutting down, I think 2010 will be an interesting year in the stock photo arena. All we can do is shoot more and shoot better and hope the agencies bring more buyers to the table.
As always
check out the reviews and add your own thoughts on each agency. Good or bad we need to hear and help them improve. Microstockforum is one of the few places that you can speak freely as compare agencies without disguising their names.
