I've been uploading on several stocksites for over a year now. Just vectors. Icon sets is my speciality (www.dutchicon.com). I am not sure what you are trying to do with your website. It doesn't look very professional. My guess is that your work isn't quite that good yet to upload at Istockphoto for example. Don't get me wrong, I am just trying to give you some pointers here.
You should make your illustrations in Illustrator instead of Photoshop. Who needs pixels when you can have vectors

I think you are a few years to late to launch a stocksite. Istockphoto owns the market with Shutterstock second, but the rest is hanging by a thread. I was contributor at 8 microstocksites, but only Istock and Shutterstock pay well enough.

I hope I didn't discourage you, but I think you should work on your illustration skills first and than become a contributor at Istock. Or forget about illustration and focus on your website and get good contributing illustrators and photographers on your site. And try to get a piece of the microstockmarket.

I hope this is helpful for you, or at least opens your eyes.
