Let me start by saying I need health care stock photography with no limits on use. At my job we use stock photos for our publications, brochures, etc. Occasionally we need to make a brochure that says something about AIDS, recovery from illness, etc. and images from istockphoto.com can't be used for that. Is there a website out there that caters to our needs?

I doubt you will find a site that has "No limits on use", because the photograhpers need to maintain some right. What type of limits are you running into at iStockphoto, max print numbers?

No limit use is hard to find, but I don't think you really need that...sounds like you just need to get an extended license or print licenses. You can find a list of great stock sites on my web page. Read through them and see if they have the licensing options you want. I would start with Dreamstime.
