Just a note about ratings: Please express your honest opinion on the scale from 1-10.

We have recently seen a few voters (tracked by IP) come in and rate a rather small agency with a 10 and then rate everything else with a 1-3. This looks a lot like SPAM from agency owners or other stakeholders. Please examine the agencies you vote on and when possible add your comments to backup your vote.
