My experience here has been favorable. it compares about equally in $ with istock and Shutterstock. although about half the downloads that SS has

I registered on dreamstime late last year. I shoot full time stock and rely on my assistant for key wording uploading ect.
So back at the start of the year my assistant took personal time and the replacement I hired had the daft idea to re-upload images that were already uploaded. AAARRGGHH
I get an email from dreamstime saying take care of dupes within 24 hours, at the time I was overseas on a shoot (of course I let the replacement assistant go due to all the mess they caused)
I wrote back to dreamstime, told them it would be at least 2 weeks before I deal with it, they said that wasn't good enough. 2 days later I found my login details had been suspended, I called them and they claimed my email had been rude and there was nothing they could do as I had breached the contract by uploading dupes.
I gave them written notice that I wanted all my images pulled from their collection within 90 days, as I had offered to make good on the dupe situation and they had refused.
Now 6 months latter and no response from them and my images are still selling on their site, also I have received no payment from them since this incident and I used to get regular checks from them each month.
I will try to call them again in the morning and if no resolve I will be contacting my lawyer.
Be careful with this company!

I'm headed for my second payout here, with a relatively small portfolio. Sales are improving, for me.

Dreamstime pays out a tiny fraction of what the other two sites I contribute to pay (istock and fotolio).

I don't think I'll ever get to payout here, although I reach payout every other month on other sites.

With the new pricing structure I am now making almost DOUBLE what I used to. This just make Dreamstime a major player for this stock photographer!
