Fotolia Vector Changes

Fotolia has changed the way that their vector images are priced. From their newsletter: In order to promote our vectors offer, we decided to modify the pricing structure for vector files. There are now 3 different price levels according to the complexity of the vector file. This complexity level will be appreciated by the Fotolia team.

At first look, I think this will increase the average illustrators earnings, but as I have learned with iStockPhoto and Dreamstime, customers are still soemtimes prices senitive and you can lose customers by raising prices.
