StockXpert Affiliate Program: MIA?

I was recently reviewing the revised affiliate program for StockXpert. If you recall they used to have an affiliate program that paid 10% for 6 months (or something similar) like many of the other microstock agencies. They recently transitioned to a Commision Junction based system where they paid a larger percentage, but you didn't get the affiliate payments for future purschases. I went to the site today and read about the program:

 It obviously sounds attractive and worth lookinging into. I clicked the link to signup and saw this:

Apparently, there is something in flux as far as their affiliate program. I sent in an email and will post what I find out. I have always thought StockXpert would take off someday, but find that things are always "coming soon". I guess I know whats that's like. I am always looking for more time to work on this site.
