hi.
i am an amature photographer, does not have a really expert equipment (D80 + kit lens + 70-300 no VR and SB900).

i know i cannot make a living using microstock photopraphy but would love to try at least get a name or anything else but i don't know where to start.

i am looking for guides that tells what are stoock photography agancies are most looking for, what are the requirment for a photo to be accepted and if it is really possible using my equipment...

can you give some pointers?
