John is a great guy and very helpful. They are starting to pick up, I have had a few bids and hear of other people making some sales now. You should try them out.

Hi Moonb007,
I'm in the Houston area also. You are so right about John and his entire team. I've also had some sales recently and things are looking up at the site. For those of you who haven't decided or haven't tried them--you should.

Congrats to both of you. I have only had two bids so far with no follow through. But I know they are picking up. Also did you see his blog about his new investor, if not you should check it out.
