I suppose some could be angry about the price increase, but the quality of the images are equal to the other sites!!! I have seen images on each of the top five sites, and there isn't a significant amount of difference in the quality.
Only difference is that the reviewers on Shutter Stock don't know the difference between noise and grain when they view a scanned image.
Like me, most photographers have to use more sites than one. I am not an amateur, and have work on four different sites. The images I have uploaded are selling about the same as they sell on BigStock Photos. Only difference is that I will earn a little more on BSP.
Most of my off site sales are to people who produce calendars and publishers. For calendars used as promo handouts, I charge $3 an image for a jpg that is 11.75X8.25". For between cover use in text books, I get $25 to $50. So if you have to pay $2; how can you complain?

This site is full of CRAPPY photos taken by CRAPPY amateurs and they just doubled their prices and screwed all of us who had paid a large sum of money in advance for credits that are now worh less than half odf what we paid for them. JERKS! DISHONEST! A SCAM AND A FRAUD!
