Anyone here use Extensis Portfolio?

I am having a hard time with organiziation of designs (and stock photos). I want to keep al the photos I hae purchased in seperate folders than the client/design folders. I have always kind of stuck to bridge for organizing, etc.

How do you organize?

Also, how to you keyword. I find Bridge loses my info (or caches it so I don't see it when uploading).

Ideas?

I am also looking into this and interested in any experience with it. Seems really good but maybe to compllicated.

I tried out portfolio. It was to complicated for me. I keep files in a complex directory structure and it just added a 2nd complex hierarchy to manage.

Maybe I'm still too small to need it, so I never learned it well.

I also used an older version.

Just another thing to eat my already low memory capcity. After loading PS CS2 for the first time I realized its time to buy some more memory.
