Hi everyone. ShutterStock announced the terms of their raise today which was met with some degree of controversy. Many SS submitters feel the raise is lower than they had hoped and/or expected. Others seem quite pleased.

I'm not sure whether SS wants its specifics posted...so SS submitters can log in and check for yourself.

The new program adds stepped percentage raises based on accumulated earnings. For newer submitters with less than a baseline accumulation of earnings there is no increase.

To be honest, I am not surprised with 3 cents raise, but I expected that I will get them also. But as you said, I am below the baseline. Still, SS is my greatest earner, so I can't complain much.

It would have been nice if they would have at least flipped a penny to the $250-$500 bracket. Hell they are making enough there, especially with the price rise in the subs.
